Can a NON-Virgin (someone in a dry spell/long period of no sex) be an Incel?

Does a long period without sex = incel?

1. What if someone had sex once in their youth and then never again?
Can they be an incel?

2. What if someone lost their virginity, but the relationship ended and they have been unsuccessful since?

3. What if someone was relatively ok-looking (6/10) but then they become fully BALD and get acne, as well as facial scarring. Perhaps they also chip a tooth, dropping their facial attractiveness and appearance significantly. A 6/10 in their 20s can definitely become a 2/10 in his 40s.

I say yes, because Incel means Involuntary Celibate IN THE PRESENT (but also in the past).
