Discussion Can a Man truly understand a woman?

It's obvious that no woman on earth can understand what a man has to go through in life, but is the opposite true as well? Can we as men truly understand the mind and thought process of a women? We can get the jist of their overall behavior; dumb, risk adverse, and unloyal. Though can we really emphasize with them in the same way we do with other men?
