It really depends on the combat skills of each one involved. If the manlet more trained in combat than the tallfag isn't, then the manlet will win, if vice-versa, the tallfag will win. If both are equally matched in combat abilities, the tallfag will win, because he can easily disarm the manlet and rock his shit.
