There used to be a blackpilled podcast on spotify, but it hasn't been updated in a couple of years. But looking for that, I came across the podcast mentioned in the title. I first listened to the "former" incel, and basically, he was either
a) never an incel, or
b) full of shit and larping, since most of the "advice" he gave was the same recycled crap normcucks repeat (women are people who also struggle, try to be the best version of yourself, the forums say horrible things, incels promote violence)
This "former incel" found dates on Tinder and lost his virginity - something not possible for a truecel. And the two guys that lead the podcast are chadlites, and clearly never struggled with women. And also, the "former" incel went from blackpill forums to redpill PUA, which is hardly ever the case - most incels start with PUA shit, realize how stupid it is and full of chads & tyrones trying to rip you off, and hence go to the blackpill, realizing that there are no fucking gimmicks to get pussy
The other interview, with the actual incel, is an oldcel who is 40 years old. He is mentioned in the interview with the "former incel" and he was described as "angry", so I decided to listen to that interview - the oldcel did not come across as angry, whatsoever. He was spilling blackpill truths in a logical, respectful way, and the two cuck hosts kept pushing back, at one point saying that "women have to deal with a lot", and kept gaslighting him, only to say in future podcasts that he's "angry" and "blames women". Shortly before that interview started, the hosts admitted that they lost their virginities in high school, so of fucking course they're not going to relate!
On both interviews, there's this focus on incel violence, which for the 42,237,345th time, is STATISTICALLY UNLIKELY, as your typical incel is too high inhibition and neurotic to carry anything out. Foids are more likely to be bludgeoned to death by a low inhib sexually successful tyrone than suffer an "incel attack", for fucks sake.
