Can you guys share good ways to motivate yourself into going to the gym? I have a hard time leaving the house, even for groceries and basic stuff. I've been to the gym twice this month and each time I had convince myself nothing bad was going to happen. I also tried going at different hours but there always seems to be someone there so I can't just avoid people. My apartment complex has a gym so I don't have to pay for a membership, or rather it comes out of my rent so it's less people than a regular gym but still even one person is a lot for me to handle.

Looking at my body in the mirror and seeing some results, actually. Best motivation so far. If not this, then progress you make in terms of strength (lifting more and more weight in time).

So I should just keep doing it until I see some results. That makes a lot of sense actually.
 
Listen to music that pumps the blood through your brain. Think about chad fucking your mom...
 
Is the gym at your apartment complex 24/7? If so, pick a time when there is no one there. Establish some solid daily rituals and try to stick with it. I like to work on a specific muscle group per day and I have one rest day out of the week. I get my workouts done in the morning to kickstart the rest of my day

It's open 10:00am to 10:00pm otherwise I'd go in at like 2:00 in the morning while everyone was sleeping.

If that's the case I would either buy one of those pull up bar attachments that can hang from a doorway at your place and just do push-ups and pull-ups, or spend money on a gym membership at a 24/7 place which would probably get you to be more committed since you would be wasting money if you didn't go.

honestly, to get the type of body you are probably after, you don't need much

Just get a pull up bar, some press up bars, a bench (that can incline and decline) and a decent dumbbell set (up to 30kg) and you will literally have everything you need.
 
The only reasonable motivation for us is: to be strong enough to avoid bullying from normies
 
When people grab your tits and gut too many times, you start working out like a beast.
