Yes but it was my apartment too. I also remember I tried to be sociable once and went to a bar with them and one person said "what's that guy even doing here" so there was no point me trying to fit in with these NT's, it was a lose lose situation.

What do we mean by bullying? Just douchy behaviour and people snickering at you, or ridicule, or getting beat up..
Bullying takes a passive aggressive form the more you get older, and the more unacceptable society becomes towards physical bullying.

Had a few professors that would bully students. Think they enjoyed the power.
To preface this: I'm obviously a loser so have a hard time distinguishing bullying from banter. Maybe the professors/students were on friendly terms and I didn't realize it since I'm a beta male.
On Topic to my experience: One Professor would bonk you on the head with a binder or his book if you were found to be asleep or not paying attention in class. Not a weak bonk either. A pretty healthy bonk on your head. One that I could hear it at the top row in a fucking auditorium of 300 students. All the students would laugh. The student that got hit would be embarrassed and possibly laugh as well. But this one professor would bonk you for every little thing it seemed like. Not the correct pencil? BONK Asleep in class? BONK Eating in class? BONK Said a smart-alick answer in the wrong tone? 'FUNNY' BONK!

I haven't experienced any bullying in college, except if you count the condescending nature of a couple people as such. I can tell you it definitely happens, though.

Well put tbh, I have similar thoughts. It's actually surreal at times how you have people constantly telling you one thing, meanwhile you experience something else entirely. The effort that most humans go through to deny mostly self-evident truths like genetic determinism, life being even worse than a zero-sum game(in that as a rule, the losers will lose more than whatever the winners supposedly gain), and how all animals are trapped within a gladiatorial battle for essentially no reason at all, well it just fucking amazes me.
Imagine people telling you that all of this is alright because it's "natural", and that it doesn't make sense to question the value of the process. Or imagine people going out of their way to tell you that the sky is purple, regardless of all evidence to the contrary, mostly because the thought of the sky being purple makes them feel a bit better. It's kinda like that, and it makes me wonder whether or not I'm one the only sane people around me.

The bullying I suffer is mostly indirect, like being ostracized by my peers for being ugly/weird. It's pretty obvious that some people dislike me just because of my appearance. I'm in my fifth semester now and I've made only one close friend (also incel) and one somewhat normie friend (kind of autistic though). I am never invited to parties. People don't even acknowledge my existence usually and I'm not exaggerating. I bet most students at my uni don't even know my name. I remember a few semesters before I still had hopes that the new girls who join our uni would like me because I'm an older student. Such stupidity. They couldn't care less. I'm in a heavily male field (computer science) and the few girls that study with me DON'T EVEN TALK to me. It's fucking humiliating. Even the ugly girls won't talk to me.
I feel like I'm just being repetitive at this point, but I swear to God I've tried many times being nice to girls and just acting normal, but they don't seem to care. Also as I said in another thread, I've had people tell me I look incel right into my face. I'm not making that shit up. The sad thing is they're right. I do look incel. I have giant ears, an ugly big nose, no chin, no jawline... No redeeming features at all. I guess at this point I don't even expect much anymore. Actually, I still somehow fantasize about becoming rich, getting tons of surgeries and finding some cute/average girl from some Asian or Latin American shithole. I think if I ever find "love" this will be the way.
