You know the myth that school bullies will eventually end up as pathetic losers in life and their victims will grow to be super successful, yeah that couldn't be further from the truth. There is no karma, no punishment, no justice. Fact is, bullies tend to do just fine in life.

I've been bullied by so many people and guess what, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS DOING GREAT!!! Well at least according to their social media.

They have friends to party with, they have girlfriends/boyfriends, they are away at college, they are doing just fine. Meanwhile, I'm rotting at home everyday with a fucked up liver because of all the alcohol I've coped with. They are all doing better than me by multiple orders of magnitude. Karma does NOT exist and it never will. It's just a cope unlucky people tell themselves to make it seem like life isn't fucking terrible.

Karma just came from religion as to make people feel that, as long as they stay within societal norms and continue slaving away as a cog, they would be receive an appropriate reward.

Also deters crime, and have people willingly do more than they needed to so they can be good people.

It’s understandable why the bigwigs over history made it so ingrained into society even unrelated to religion i.e prisons and law; making artificial means of rewarding ‘good’ karma and punishing ‘bad’ karma to continue that mindset
