Okay, probably a misunderstanding. If you lift your eyebrows and still have no upperlid exposure then you have a monolid upperlid crease (aka Asian upperlids) which usually is not a good thing, but sometimes it looks aesthetic in rare cases (like Norman Reedus for example).
