he just thinks he s gonna be a chad but doesn t think about the risk it takes even if u have money, it can fuck ur life forever!

but if let s say u really have to get surgeries, never get surgeries that are life threatening, get them only if u really have to and only those that are the most safest, after u take those stop before it s too late

even if u take surgeries, take the most safest ones, but don t forget if u take a few surgeries and ur starting point isn t already something good, your life doesn t change very much because the positive things that happens in life is only after a certain level of looks and height, even if u go from a 3 to 5, it won t change ur life very much
