I'm a 21.5 y.o. incel from a post-Soviet country, and the stereotype of the “tall, brutal, wild Russian man” is one of the most twisted jokes reality plays on people like me. I grew up in a culture shaped by collapse — war, famine, prison, poverty. Only the strong survived. I wasn't one of them. I'm short, look like a teenager, and nothing about me fits the Gopnik-warrior archetype people expect from a "real man" here.
In school, I got my nose broken twice and my lip split open nobody gave a shit. No nurse, no help. You either toughen up or get humiliated. That’s the culture.
All of my school friends were actually my enemies. I either learned how to joke with them, or I would've been the complete outcast till graduation. That was the choice: clown or prey.
In the West, your blackpill is loneliness and dating apps. Here, it’s physical, historical, cultural. Emotional weakness here isn’t unattractive it’s seen as a sign you should’ve died decades ago.
Post-Soviet blackpill isn’t philosophical — it’s carved into your childhood. And if you're not a man, you better fake it — or rot.
