Ya its the big issue with conquest is you get taken over by who you conquer ironically, as the lands getting conquered keep expanding.
Even if you prevent the men, your soldiers bring back curry wives. Who then raise the half-curries in the curry way of life. And you can't fully prevent the men like you have to bring a bunch back to go to the universities and to plan out things in your home country.
So Spain's empire got subsumed in time by the natives. Although I don't think Spain allowed much immigration to Spain until recently.
