They both serve different purposes.
Height will make people (especially women) think that you are more powerful, are the boss, and have things under control. You literally have to look up to a tall person when speaking to them. Women love the power dynamic. In general, height = social status. It's also easier to for a woman to brag about their bf as being "6'4" as it has an exact number attached to it, wheras it's harder to attach a fixed number to someone's facial attractiveness.
A good face on the other hand will more heavily dictate how people view your personality. People will think the person with the good face is more moral, funnier, and more intelligent than the person with the ugly face.
