One thing I always noticed about tall guys is that a lot of them start "walking weird" in their mid 30's going forward, there's a lot more pressure on their knees that an average height guy so it makes sense. They have weak legs, if you are fighting a tall guy, if his legs aren't as relatively muscular as his upper body, then go for his legs, more specifically stomp kick the knees, if you put your entire body into it, they will go down.

Of course an attack like that is very obvious and "choreographed", so you have to catch them off guard first, use a feint or something, take advantage of the fact that they underestimate you, maybe even pretend to be scared lol. But once that attack lands, that's it, they are fucked, their balance will be off now, and that's if you didn't just fuck their knee up completely.

Dunno, it's not scientific but tall people I know usually dies because of heart problems. Maybe just human heart is not build for people so tall as ~1.90m or taller. I mean sure, their heart is probably bigger than people that are 1.5m for example, but I doubt that human organs are simplified that you can make it bigger=better. I don't want to live past 70 or something like that, but tall people often have massive heart attacks even when they are just ~50.
