Was with grandma and some family today when my grandma noticed I was alone and being awkward so she sat next to me
Some guy was trying to talk to me about music, I actually have a lot of knowledge about music and could have talked for hours but I am autistic and mute so I only really say one word answers or laugh in real life.
My grandma comes up and interjects because the guy is noticing im weird and says "This is paul. He doesnt really talk and if he does he only says a little bit."
Why am I like this, why am I trapped in my own head. If humans communicated through written notes I would be the most social person on earth. Instead I am mute, come off as retarded and need to be "warned about" before im ever introduced. For this reason I have never had a single friend or girlfriend in my entire life and cry myself to sleep.
