I did some research on the Muhammad Ali v Joe Frazier rivalry. Ali was a 6'3 HTN who also was extremely charismatic, Frazier was ugly and (relatively) short.

Despite Ali LARPing as a pro-black activist, he would constantly make fun of Fraziers darker skin and would mostly marry light skin almost white women (he didnt make any kids with the only darkskin he married). He was also a rich kid for black standards at the time. Meanwhile Frazier came from a poor farmer family and married actual black women. Ali even had the nerve to call Frazier a "uncle Tom" (causing Fraziers kids to get bullied) and himself a black activist when their behaviours showed the opposite.

Yet the majority of black AND white people would support the whiter,taller, better looking and more privileged boxer.

He represented the average black man, who doesn't give a fuck about any of that "black pride" bullshit.

Reminds me of the Rosa Parks predicament. A woman prior to her sat at the back of the bus but because she was darkskin, they kept her story silent. This is a subtle racepill very very prevalent in the black community.
