we had those guys in our country. One of them started by kicking cats into the sea, then a lady's puppies, then a random woman which he punched in the head, and an another woman which got him whiteknighted by obese tallfag(he was a manlet himself) who he then stabbed and went to prison for some time. I recognised the guy from several cctv footages from various tv channels but the police couldn't link them together
