@Wizcel Is on another level when it comes to losing weight. My weight loss so far is pathethic. Not that I didn't lose weight but it's too fucking slow gotta majorly speed it it up now.

I need to join the 1 soup a day gang. Auschwitzmaxxing.
 
I need to lose weight. I'm starting to tomorrow since I got some Coca Cola and food left. I don't have any motivation to lose weight though it doesn't matter what I weigh

Took 2 walks today and just having a big meal at night instead of bloatmaxxing from 3-4pm when I wake up until like 4-5 in the morning JFL.

just eat less
Just dont eat garbage and exercise a bit. You dont even need to lift, just go for a bike ride or go for a long jogging session everyday. And stay away from a lot of carbs and cut drink pop drinks.

all op has to do is eat less and eat fruits , and i'd recommend him to start ropeskipping its by far the most superior cardio that you can do .

Water fasting every once in a while is good as well.

One other way you can go to lose weight really fast is to eat vegetables only. Cook em but don't use any butter or sauce. Eat only with salt. You can get very full on vegetables and eat very few calories. No meat, no sauces, no butter, nothing. Just pure vegetables. You will be full on this.
 
Was at 250lbs four years ago, I'm now at 200lbs. I would like to be 185lbs again in weight which for me is my goal but currently am not meeting.

50 pounds over 4 years is pretty slow but at least you didn't gain it back or anything like that. That's more important. Getting to 185 will be easy if you do it right. You could do it in 2-3 months of proper dieting.

I think it's because I'm not exercising enough, going to try to change that in the next two to three months, at the baby steps phase largely because I feel unmotivated.

exercise doesn't do much if you're eating too many calories

you can burn 200 calories if you go out for a 5 mile run but if you come home and eat a sandwich after, you've eaten 500 calories and rendered your exercise completely useless. Simply eat less food and you will see progress.
