Hey I just listened to the whole thing, first of all you are a good speaker, good voice and the idea of a rural land does sound a lot more realistic than an island and also maybe growing vegetables and crops there could be a good idea to avoid having to deal with normies too much by going to the store all the time

The idea of helping each other to achieve some comfy neet life somewhere far away from normies is attractive to many people, but it has not happened yet for a simple reason, and it's not that it's impossible.

It hasn't happened for us because, and many won't like reading this but it's true, most people here have no skill or talent in anything useful to achieve that kind of life. (incel trait tbf)

You mentioned wanting to build a wooden cabin, do you have any experience in that ? I happen to be a construction worker, a carpenter specifically, I've done framing, roofing, masonery, etc... I've built an A-frame house too before ,with my last company, it's not very difficult and somewhat cheap if done well.

As for the island idea, I thought it was obviously not about buying an island but just living there (legally or not), but not many seem interested in that anhyway.

Are you from Maine ? it is possible I move there in a few years, though it's too far away to be certain yet.
(I'm from France if it wasn't clear, and I will stay here for at least 2 or 3 more years)

Anyway, yes I'm interested, but I'm already working on achieve something like this on my own anyway.
