daily fatigue minimized when fixing head posture which correlates to vascular dementia. I just want to share my findings with fellow brocels, that having a messed up tight neck, with poor posture, aka forward head posture, wreaks havoc on your brain's ability to receive blood. I've been having a lot of fatigue these past years, which was my messed up neck posture. You see if your neck is messed up you get vascular dementia and a kind of fibromyalgia where your body feels super heavy and prone to aches and pains. You might wanna not use your phone in bed while lying down and extending your arms while holding the phone up. This causes the muscles of the back and side of the neck to become strained and tight. Also it can disrupt the cerebrospinal fluid from removing brain waste from your head. You need to have a flexible neck if you wanna correct this daily fatigue. Also minimize masturbation.
