That jaw is regenerated. I got braces at age of 20, and frankly, my jaw is little better than before.

Some orthodontists are using special tools to measure the face. Like a metal net so your face grows accordingly

Yeah, doubt braces would do anything significant. If anything it should straighten out any deformed jaws a little bit.
