I'm not gonna go into crazy specifics of my routine therefore. its not that important. the important thing is that u just do shit until u feel it. Anything beats doing nothing at all.
i do pper body day 1 -> upper body different muscles day 2 -> 40-60 minute cardio day 3 (and legs in the process); repeat. I try to finish all my workouts in 60 minutes for higher intensity, time management and less burnout.
the other reason i wont share specifics is bcuz a lot of my exercise comes from just outdoors farm labor/chores on my dads property. Moving logs of wood, rocks, planks, support beams, cement, bricks, wheelbarrows, digging, carrying all kinds of shit, chopping wood. Its not that high intensity but if u do it for 6-8 hours ur spent. There in the country side i also practice heavy overhead lifts for low repetitions (log lifts and barbell) for fun. Imo log lift is the most fun lift for me
