A key complaint among bourgeois feminists is that the amount of female CEOs pales in comparison to the amount of male CEOs.
Psychological studies done on the character traits of CEOs, however, have shown them to score high in psychopathic traits, so bourgeois feminists are effectively bemoaning the fact that female psychopaths are not as successful as male psychopaths, and some have even explicitly stated this.
It relates to the way in which they denounce the unremunerated, prosocial labor that women are expected to engage in (namely, child rearing), as if remunerated, antisocial labor is better. Why is capitalism and commodification superior to socialism and charity, in their view?
Because far from being a left-wing movement, modern feminism is even more reactionary than the alt-right. It has abandoned critiques of capitalism in favor of not only advocating for the accommodation of females within the capitalist system, but achieving a position of prominence within it, whereby females not only account for a majority of consumer spenders (like they do now), but become advantaged in the alienated workplace environment as well.
