JFL Bought a chinese wifi dongle and it literally redirects my traffic through china

So I bought a cheap wifi dongle on ebay to connect an appliance that has no way of installing a wifi card. No drivers for usb adapters and no internal ports for a wifi card. This thing is literally redirecting all my DNS calls to a chinese company and I see no way of changing it. I noticed because it would resolve some websites like youtube but it had a hard time with others. It is a knockoff of a real product using the other companies name. The chinese even knockoff heir own companies products. Kind of funny TBH.
