Both my housemates have girlfriends

I live with two ther guys in an apartment , we all have our separate rooms . The other two guys have shifted recently one of them one month ago and other about two months ago.
Both of them have girlfriends. And they talk to their girlfriends for very long hours late in the night on video chat . I am able to hear them talking as they talk somewhat loud. Their girlfriends do not live in the same city . as both of them have recently shifted to my city for some temporary training in their jobs.

Now the thing is both of them are like typical Dark Triad guys who are successful with women - cunning , selfish , expert in taking advantage of others . Particularly one of them is an extreme douchebag , when he needs my help he will talk to me nicely but when I am not needed , he will not even reply to me properly . Sometimes he does not even give me eye contact while replying to me.

Living with these men has become pure suicide fuel. I am thinking of changing my place.

Not that I'm bothered by this, but why did you tag me in this? I have nothing in particular to add to the post. I do believe in the dark triad (as it is the only scientifically verifiable aspect of personality that leads to sex). I have lived in the past similar to OP but have very little to add other than I rotted like him.
