The manager has hired three, late 20s, women to work at my job. Fortunately, they don’t work the same day as me. Thank God! But he has really been stressing me to go in tomorrow to introduce myself to them, and perhaps work with them on projects because it will elevate me. They have more experience than me. He wants me to take them to a youth centre. If I don’t go, it’ll look like I’m not interested/committed to the job.
I have no desire to meet these cats. As far as I’m concerned, they can go f*** themselves. I know this meeting will go bad for me. I have low confidence and self-esteem, no social skills, my wardrobe is garbage and I’m ugly. How do you think this will turn out for me? I’m already going through pain in my life. Why would I want to add more pain? Fuck em.
Plus, I hear two of them are black. Black women have always treated me like shit.
