I get that from time to time from food workers.

You can easily tell that they're stressed the fuck out and angry by their body language and tone.

Its the same with cab drivers/uber drivers. When you get in the cab you may be polite and friendly but that doesn't mean that they are because they've likely dealt with bullshit all day.
