For example:

Masculine cheekbones are horizontal thin and wide

Feminine cheekbones are more full with a more frontal than lateral projection

looks manlier than 99% of models and i'm pretty sure girls prefer a guy that look like that than a 'beuatiful' model (if he just had a smaller nose and a bit bigger lips he willl look perfect)
here is a better example some indian albino family (strong features yet not good looking)
