I know this is kind of a looksfag thread but I gotta give my anecdote on bone marrow.

I thought it was unnecessary and over the top but I've been rubbing a lot of it on my face before bed for the past week and it makes the skin look so smooth.

If you're a primal coper you should deffo apply it topically.
