In order to have friends, one must have flaws. This makes the friendship group come together as one, making up for their individual shortcomings.

MEANWHILE;

In order to be likeable, one must have good things going for them.

AS IN;

The point is;

Having Friends encourages the individual to be lazy.

The endorses this.

Edit: To put it another way; Just because someone has Friends, doesn't mean they're likeable. That, is the Hypocrisy.
