Let's compare bluepill with redpill, assuming that bluepill is basically the believes of average normie in dating.
To make a comparison have in mind the midwit meme, the high IQ guy has more things in common with the retard than with the average IQ, but obviously for different reasons, between the three pills, it's pretty much the same.
First thing bluepill is better:
It doesn't encourage you to do huge effort, I know, obviously you won't ascend as a bluepiller but at least you are not supposed to spend hours in gym, meditating, doing "deep work", "cole approach" women and in general things that instead of helping, make your life much worse.
Second thing bluepill is better:
It lets enjoy your copes, while self improvement scammers want you to renounce to videogames, films, porn and other things you enjoy, redpill for other side tells you to do huge of shit that you suffer at doing, like working a lot, do "military discipline" and basically they tell you to do the opposite of the things you enjoy, thinking that will make you tough.
Third thing bluepill is better: It doesn't encourage you to change your personality at all, and it tells you just accept who you are, which despite how bad it sounds, it's actually better than forcing yourself to pretend be something that you aren't, as an ugly guy you are negative perceived, it doesn't matter how is your personality so ironically being yourself is perceived as less ridiculous than you pretending be someone you aren't (you are ugly so you will be perceive as overcompensating and a fake person, double timed over) don't let scammers lie to you.
Fourth thing bluepill is better than redpill:
