To be fair, he lived in a different time when women were actually concerned with appearing respectable and upright in the eyes of men. Of course there have always been whores, and foids will be foids regardless of the social stigma, but in Hitler's day it wasn't as obvious as it is today.
It was an ideal to which all Germans should aspire. An übermensch representing the pinnacle of high culture, superior in body and mind. Why have a state that worships weakness, ugliness and bad genes in general?
Besides, the Soviets did it too..

Okay, but you have to remember that Hitler was a natalist ethno-nationalist who needed to adapt every aspect of German society to National Socialism. Calling out women, however justified it would have been, would have alienated most Germans from NS and gotten Hitler no where politically.
He praised women and had an idealized traditionalist view of them.
Actually, Hitler understood female nature very well, when he said that the masses are female in nature.
His speech vout women also shows that. He was a good politician and speaker in that he managed to tell these bitches to get back in the kitchen without sounding like a misogynist who wants to take away their rights.
As a politician you have to be a good salesman. You have to be able to sell a "bad product" well.
And since womens' liberation and empowwrrnment movement was on the rise, his "product" was already considered bad.
