I've got all the blackpilled shit down minus 2. I do take supplements and I do occasionally do autistic lifts like squats and deadlifts although I should stop. They fuck my back up majorly.

ehh, since im subhuman there is no point of being lean, i like to rock a higher bodyfat% and this is optimal for natural lifters with average genetics. peformance in the gym is higher, stronger overall and look bigger in clothes and feel better. And lol squats and deadlifts are not autistic lifts tbh, especailly its variations. any kind of pulls of the floor or squat variation will lead to overall gains and will increase work capacity and this is crucial for natty lifters like myself, of course you could get away with anything if you on the juice.

Yea bro i stopped doing squats and deadlifts about a month after i became blackpilled. Ive also been skipping leg days ever since and only done it a few times since. I only gymcel twice a week at this point tbh.

Squats and deadlifts are pointless unless you're a competitive lifter or you care about internet dick-measuring contests (where everyone inflates their numbers anyway, just like in literal internet dick-measuring contests). Too much stress on the spine for benefits you can get from other exercises that don't hate your spine. Skipping lower body work entirely is going too far imo but I can understand skipping the spine-killers.
