I used to think nofap was stupid for incels since most of the benefits people talk about have to do with forming relationships with women or erectile disfunction. Obviously, for trucels these benefits are irrelevant. Even if you use 2d porn, which is nowhere near as cucked as watching chad / tyrone bang stacy, it still seems like a bad idea to let porn and other cheap thrills have complete dominance of the pleasure/reward circuits of your brain. I'm giving it a shot and have avoided porn/fapping for 3 days (before that I was on a 4 day streak when I caved) and am hoping to focus my energy to more productive things and goals.

I've been on nofap. best streak was like 39 days. That was like 3 years ago. Now well... I occasionally fap. I actually can't remember when was the last time a fapped. One thing is for sure.
