true, I was a NW2 and started using finasteride, I saw some results and started using minoxidil as well, it's like a miracle, it looks like I get back when I was 20, I'm 24 and this 4 years fucked my hair really bad but now it's way better

Meh. The most reliable way to see a decent hair transplant is a comb thru on video. A great surgeon is an artist. Realistically, it's about 35-45 follicular units per cm squared to replicate fulll density. Past NW4 and it becomes not worth it imo. There's somw decent results out there, but means nothing if you're not willing to take meds.

White guy 1 and the last guy who is arabic or curry got amazing results I mean just look at the difference. You also probably have to pay more depending on how extensive the treatment is. Most of these guys probably aren't paying for top tier shit anyway.
