Blackpill is the ideology that the reason for being incel is mostly a genetic one and there is little you can do to improve the situation. You don't have to be an Incel to believe in blackpill or the other way around.

No, neither blackpill nor bluepill is about "loving" women. Bluepill more is like "If I improve, I might have a chance" while blackpill is more like "Even if I improve, there is still no chance". Both blackpilled and bluepilled incels can love or hate women or be neutral towards them. Of course, bluepilled incels might _act_ more lovingly towards women because they might think they would have a higher chance, but in principle they could also hate them and blackpilled can also love them.
