It's not a problem of content, it's a problem of people who are interested in that show and also the continuity of the manga. It's not impossible for another season to pop out of nowhere, but that would be quite weird considering it's already a quite old anime

As for the people who’d find this show interesting there’s a good chance of it attracting new fans cos like people will latch onto anything half decent nowadays. Tho the current fanbase isn’t very big and newcomers can’t just start with season 4 even if it’s episodic
