if you're worried about crises it's best to invest in agriculture, energy, military complex, things like that
crypto usually follows tech markets, which are super volatile

I haven't been in the space for a while (since last crash), but back then the next bull run was expected late 2024 / earily 2025 by the people I had found to be the most worthwhile to listen to (primarily because they predicted the last crash and were able to pull out at the top). Though that is obviously assuming there is a next time at all.

I don't know if it's wise to invest in something governments can nullify with the stroke of a pen. They'll destroy it, if they can't control it, and crypto is not meant to be controlled.
