I went from obese to skinny, it only works if you have actually good facial/bone structure underneath the fat. That's also assuming that you aren't poor, balding, ethnic, a manlet, autistic, etc.

Pushups , planks , situps I downloaded this fitness weight loss app (Lose weight app for men) and it gives the exercices it really helped me lose weight

No they don't. Most women like low body fat but you also need muscles and a good frame. There was even a study that showed that women prefer men with 26 BMI. Of course with low body fat too, so basically the study said that women prefer men who lift and abuse steroids.
