If it would be a law, that 19 of 20 male fotus will forced to be aborted, we would have much more women than man. The smv would be corrected. But what happen today, is completely opposite (in the third world and also in China, they kill female newborn) than they export their male excess to the west. The result is an extreme increase of smv of female and decrease of male smv. We are in a vicious circle.
