Isn't there a mass shooting in the ghettos every other week? It seems really disingenuous to pretend that the majority of gun violence is perpetrated by angry loners, most of it is committed by hardened criminals and gang members, or even the police that are meant to be protecting the country. I doubt that even 1% of shootings happen from loners, they only really do it once in their life after all, usually after months or years of planning.

No, they have redefined mass shootings to exclude gang violence or connection to other criminal activity so that they could blame mass shootings on loner white guys who just go berserk on randos.
