Realistically he was drugging these girls to have sex with them. A decent fraction would probably have had sex with him without the drugs. The problem is other cases where there's no hard evidence and it's not 200 witnesses with the same story.

In the UK, they pushed to bring more rape case to trial, then found out that juries just won't convict more than 1/3 of them because there's often zero evidence other than someone's word.

The only thing standing between you and going down on one woman's word is the last remnants of sanity in a jury trial. Probably a lot of older people who grew up before today's culture on those juries. Imagine being tried 20 years from now after society's standards have moved 20years further in the same direction and half of the jurors are women brought up on today's loose definition of rape and the idea that you should "believe not question".
