Anti depressants, but of course they don't do anything since my brain isn't in a state of chemical imbalance, but a state of forced misery.

I've tried a variety of drugs. The most effective was a serotonin-norepinephrine recapture inhibitor.

But in my experience, drugs are less effective than religious belief when it comes to being happy and functional, and come with more side effects.
