I was watching it a while ago and stopped watching it when everyone started having girlfriends. Sheldon is a mannered guy who in real life would be discriminated against for appearing gay even if he wasn't because of his mannerisms.

Leonard and Howard are more stereotypical and would be labeled as creepy. The most realistic was Raj since he didn't have a girlfriend practically the entire series, although I don't know if he got one in the end.?

In short, it is a series more unreal than The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones.
