if you must eat, just a couple of small salads per day or a couple of handful of nuts per day
you can survive on that. although you'll be low on energy all of the time and if you have to operate a vehicle, hopefully you dont faint, crash, and die.
do that and also exercise. long walk/jogs plus full range of motion squats. squats burn fat where it matters (glutes, hams, gut, midsection essentially). plus squats increase your testosterone levels, provided, you do them full range of motion to activate all of your leg/glute muscles.
this is all you need to do.
dont waste thousands of dollars on personal trainers like some people do. this is all you literally need to do.
