Confidence is a meaningless word. The word confidence means being sure of success based on having absolute faith in your capabilities, but it won't make you push beyond your limits. If your capabilities are limited then no matter how much confidence you have it won't change shit


I can be confident about being faster than Usain Bolt as much as possible but i will never be faster than him despite all that confidence
