depends on budget, taste, etc.
for varied and great tasting food with strong flavors, Singapore, KL, London, NYC are pretty unbeatable.

for great quality ingredients, variety, and very creative chefs Sydney, Barcelona, Cape town.are awesome.

for just eating a lot of meat Buenos Aires, Wellington, Cape town get my pick.

for somewhat traditional flavors, mixed with high culture and fine dining London, Tokyo, Paris, Istanbul, Milan.

for street food Bangkok, Saigon, LA, Mexico city, Jakarta
