Since I'm a ricecel from the West, and as well as having a preference for noodlewhores, particularly East Asian. I'd definitely like to live somewhere in East Asia.

I would say historically western european countries, but not western countries in general. Today the West is mostly about lgbtq, woke and as @cripplecel mentioned about KFC and McDonald's.
These days other places are culturally much better. For example Eastern (especially Japan and Korea) or South American. But still I wouldn't want to leave my western country.
