Gymcels I need your help, what is the best movement for building YUGE shoulder mass
 
Shoulder press. The most effective things are the simplest ones.

Test supplements and overhead press
 
Push press and shrugs. Shoulder circuit should help too but I usually do that for cutting. Your shoulder girdle is really easy to fuck up so you shouldn't overtrain it if you are new to lifting
 
i dont actually gymcel but i do own weights and when i do use them the only exercises is do are the OHP and lateral raises.

id rather be a broad twink than a framecel meatball
 
In my experience: standing overhead press with dumbbells. Is also good for your neck if you do it right.
