Ok, maybe not Thailand, but Bali and Philippines will still be easy i think. Indonesian foids looks decent because they have double eyelids, unlike vietnamese gooks. laos, papua new guinea, and myanmar have appropriate age demographic pyramids to be truecel friendly but too much ethnic warring and terrorism. so probably the phillipeans would be ideal, lower murder rate than america at least.
bali is a colony of australia, poorer areas in indonesia are too muslim and in the rich areas you are no better off than in places like singapore and malaysia.
