His previous roommates made him jealous (since they were attractive sexhavers), but the ricecels didn't bully him at all.
They actually feared him on what he was going to do and got into a few confrontations with them over something that they allegedly stole from him.
After High School he wasn't really bullied at all anymore, just ignored all the time and he viewed this as rejection by everyone around him.
The ONLY reason he killed those ricecels was cause he needed the apartment for himself as a sort of torture chamber to lure sexhavers into, considering he is shy as hell I'm not sure how he'll lure them into his apartment.
